Good solid, quality Power Plate for sale. A fantastic piece of exercise kit that tones and lifts with little effort, it is the type used by Madonna and many other stars. You can just stand still in front of the television on it and it will tone your body, but if you are the more energetic person you can do lots more. I found it really worked well. Now for sale because due an injury I can no longer use it.
